Chippy Heath telephone table & seat 1960s/1970s With Pull Out Directory

Vintage Chippy telephone seat and table, with pull out directory and drop down door cupboard.  Dates from 1960s - 1970s.  The seat does have wear which is shown in the photos.  Some age related marks on top, but generally in good condition.  The approximate measurements are:
